Brigette P. Cromwell



Following law school, Mrs. Cromwell worked as an associate at Stiles, Taylor & Grace, P.A. and practiced in the area of workers' compensation defense. Mrs. Cromwell moved to Iowa and was admitted to practice law in the State of Iowa in 2007. During that time, she worked as an associate at Kersten Brownlee Hendricks, LLP practicing in the areas of family law, criminal defense and workers' compensation defense. Upon moving back to Florida in 2008, she returned to the law firm of Stiles, Taylor & Grace where she continued her representation of employers and carriers. Her practice included representation of employers in matters involving the Florida Department of Financial Services and Carriers in premium collection matters. She was a speaker at various seminars to insurance adjusters and authored and co-authored articles in Employers Workers’ Compensation Alert Newsletter.

Mrs. Cromwell joined the Firm in March, 2010 and practices in all areas of employment law and workers’ compensation defense. She has continued to handle litigation involving claims against employers and carriers on a variety of matters, including sexual harassment, FMLA, discrimination, wrongful termination and whistle blower claims as well as workers’ compensation defense.

Mrs. Cromwell is an approved Instructor by the Florida Department of Financial Services and presents seminars to Insurance adjusters and employers several times a year.

Ms. Cromwell joined the Firm in March 2010 and continues to practice in the area of workers' compensation defense.
