Our Firm

History:

The Firm was established in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1982 for the defense of Liability, Malpractice, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Litigation, Employment Claims and Appeals. The lawyers with Abbey, Adams, Byelick & Mueller, L.L.P., from their main office in St. Petersburg and a satellite office in Tampa, represent organizations, employers, governments, individuals, insurance companies and their insureds in a broad spectrum of litigation. The Firm maintains the highest rating of "AV" with the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Also, many of the lawyers are Certified Specialist by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Practice and Workers' Compensation Law.
