Martin G. Deptula
After graduating from law school, Mr. Deptula worked as an associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in Albany, New York where he acquired significant litigation and appellate experience in a wide range of complex commercial matters. In 2008, Mr. Deptula and his family relocated to Tampa, Florida, where he accepted a position with the law firm of Zuckerman Spaeder LLP. While at Zuckerman Spaeder he practiced in the areas of white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. Prior to attending law school Martin Deptula worked as a claims adjuster for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.
Mr. Deptula joined the Firm in January 2012 and continues to practice in various areas of civil defense litigation.
