Meet Jaime Eagan
Ms. Eagan started her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, where she tried in excess of 50 criminal matters. Once leaving the State Attorney’s Office in 1996, she joined Abbey, Adams et al. where she represented individuals, insurance companies, and business organizations for 11 years. She most recently represented the members and the enterprise of United Services Automobile Association (USAA) in their Tampa Staff Counsel Office for 10 years. She has tried in excess of 25 civil matters. Her trial expertise has also been shared with others when she served as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law and taught Trial Advocacy as well as coached several trial teams in State and National Competitions. Ms. Eagan has also been honored to represent local law enforcement officers in claims against them for motor vehicle accidents, use of force, and §1983 actions. She rejoins her colleagues at Abbey, Adams et al. to continue defending individuals, government, and corporate entities.
