Mr. Falkowski practices in various areas of civil defense litigation, including, but not limited to, personal injury, first and third party
litigation, and uninsured motorist litigation.
Mrs. Kennedy practices primarily in the areas of appellate law and insurance coverage. Her practice includes a variety of insurance-related matters, including coverage and extra-contractual exposure. Mrs. Kennedy has handled appeals in the Florida Supreme Court, Florida District Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She has also handled numerous workers’ compensation appeals in the First District Court of Appeal.
